Your breath is the fastest way to calm your nervous system
Four rounds of guided rhythmic breathing, each followed by a gentle breath hold. The session moves from slow and grounding to deeper and more rhythmic, then brings you all the way back down. You finish in stillness.

Short on time? Do one round. It takes roughly 10 minutes and already shifts your state. Come back for the full session when you are ready.
No experience needed
Every breath is guided. Every count is led for you. You simply follow along. There is nothing to learn before you begin.

Overview

1. Grounding
Slow nasal breathing. In for 4 counts, out for 6. Gentle and calming. Your body begins to settle.
2. Opening
Mouth breathing. The rhythm shifts. In for 3, out for 6. You begin to move deeper into your body.
4. Return
Back to the start. In for 4, out for 8. Slow and easy. Your body remembers what calm feels like.
Integration.
Stillness in savasana. Your body and mind absorb the practice.
